We performed a full roof replacement, including complete removal of the existing cedar shake shingles and all old plywood decking. New decking was installed to meet current building codes, followed by the application of Presidential Solaris shingles — a premium, energy-efficient asphalt shingle designed to replicate the look of wood shake while providing enhanced durability and solar reflectivity. The result is a modern, fire-safe, and energy-efficient roof that maintains the classic character of the home with long-lasting performance.
