We installed a Polyglass low-slope roof restoration system directly over the existing TPO. This fluid-applied system sealed penetrations, reinforced weak areas, and created a fully adhered waterproof barrier — extending the roof’s life without a full tear-off. This solution provided a cost-effective, non-invasive alternative to full replacement, restoring durability, energy efficiency, and peace of mind.
