Our Story
Founded in the year 1997, International CADD Services, Inc (ICS) is a small construction company that brings more than 35 years of experience to the table. ICS has vast expertise in cost estimating, renovation and construction for both residential and multiunit projects. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for our high-quality products and on-time delivery all within budget. As a Certified Minority-Women-Disadvantage Owned and Operated company, ICS provides the industry with EXCELLENCE in QUALITY and SERVICE. In the last 10 years, our business has focused on rehab of apartment complexes as a General Contractor, buying used homes to remodel and flip. The company has successfully operated in the greater Sacramento, CA area for the past 20 years working on both small and large construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on residential and multiunit contracting.
